9am tomorrow we have EPIC Asus TODAY ONLY GOING LIVE on 290X DC2 OC and 780Ti ROG, the price is bonkers and by far the cheapest in the UK by around £30-£50, keep your eyes open for it!

Shall see if I can squeeze it but that is below what distributors pay, but I am sure I can make the numbers work for a weekend only deal. The ROG card really is something!

Exactly...500 quid for a graphics card isn't cheap by a long shot for most of us. Those bankers who robbed the public and have huge bonuses, they think it's cheap.

Saying that if I'd 500 notes I@d probably buy one :p
 
£500 + how many games? Nvidia are saying at Gamescom that now Witcher III will be bundlerooed with 770,780 cards. So are they now going to give Borderlands and Witcher III with the price drops?


I still think i will wait another week until gamescom is over, But if they say OCT i do not think i could say no to the Matrix and 2 games for £500 or the Own Edition with 2 games for £440?

Isnt this card designed for those wishing to use LN2 mainly? While sexy looking for the majority its just another GTX780ti realistically.

Another congrats to OCUK for been the cheapest but like others have said, £500 has never been "cheap" :). 20 in stock but i dont see that dropping too much, maybe if Gibbo squeezes it more...

The GTX780 was way way overpriced at the start compared to the GTX770. Now the GTX770 can be had at £220, thats a good price & the GTX780 can be found for a more realistic £315. However, The GTX780ti is now top dog & overpriced. These should be £400 cards, especially considering age.

Unless a real crazy tempting deal comes along I still say "No deal!" to the Banker. Probably wise to hold out for the new cards.

Not a bad price on the Asus 290X DC2 OC but think its crazy not to take the powercolor R290X PCS+ 8 gig memory deal for £10 more if considering this option????


Update: Notice 1 sold of each as of 13:20pm. And the 2 titans remain. People are holding off. Hope nvidia dont let us all down.
