I'm getting an upgrade this christmas.
i5 2500k
Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3P
And I'm very tempted by today's deal of 16GB Kingston RAM for £59.99.
But it seems a little over kill for a PC that will 60-70% of the time will be used purely for Gaming.
I will using it for work too, coding mostly.
Any thoughts on the benefits of having more RAM than I think I ever will really need? Seems silly to let this chance to go for double what I'd have otherwise for less than twice the price..? (Alternative being - this)
