Todays PSN Update?

I've got a US account dude, but I shouldn't have to have a US account if you know what I mean, just annoys me how EU always gets poo'd on from a great height.

yes you are right about that
but i dont look at it that way anymore its just psn network

I've not really been too bothered about the EU/US differences as it's easy enough to check and download from the US PSN. They've just confirmed a bunch of PSN titles until the end of the year and it seems pretty decent, Home coming sooner than I thought and the new Eyetoy games. Don't see Wipeout HD or GT Prologue though.

Hi, it’s time for the PLAYSTATION Store update again, so if you can manage to put Warhawk down for a second, head on over to the Store to check out all the new content we have for you this week.

The new demos include:
• Stranglehold
• NBA Live 08

There are also new add-ons for two popular PS3 games – MotorStorm and Ninja Gaiden Sigma. For all the MotorStorm fans, the add-on pack includes a new track, 4 new vehicles, 9 races and a new online mode. Now, for those of you who are just interested in the vehicles, we give you the option to buy those individually, at $0.99 each. The vehicles that are sold individually are the same ones that are in the add-on pack, making the pack a great deal! The Ninja Gaiden Sigma add-on (first of three) includes 5 survival modes for $2.99.

• MotorStorm Revenge Weekend Add-on Pack (New track, vehicles, races and race mode) — $5.99
• MotorStorm Add-on Vehicle 1 (Wakazashi Razor bike) — $0.99
• MotorStorm Add-on Vehicle 2 (Wombat Mudslide ATV) — $0.99
• MotorStorm Add-on Vehicle 3 (Atlas Varjack mudplugger) — $0.99
• MotorStorm Add-on Vehicle 4 (Atlas Arizona big rig) — $0.99
• Ninja Gaiden Sigma Weapons Master Add-on (5 survival modes) — $2.99

And, finally, plenty of trailers and wallpapers:

• Turok “Quiet Kills” Trailer
• PixelJunk Racers Trailer
• Heavenly Sword “Making Of” No. 5
• Heavenly Sword Anime No. 5
• Lair “World in Chaos” Video
• MotorStorm “Coyote Revenge” Video
• Drillbit Tailer Trailer
• Resident Evil: Extinction Trailer
• Heavenly Sword Anime No. 5 Wallpaper

Also it seems like the Folklore demo is still on the US PSN site (they got it after us), It may be an idea to download it asap in case its also timed (if you want to give it a go)

Stranglehold Demo filesize 1337mb hmm downloading now, lets see if it lives upto its filesize..

Just played it, thought it was brilliant.
Definitely leaving my Collectors Edition on preorder... can't wait now... shame it's nearer the end of the month to be released. Never mind, DiRT is out in a few days to keep me occupied until then ;)

I found the controls a bit... fiddly... but that could be down to my 8 alarm hangover, and the fact I've never played a game that style on a controller before, only with keyboard and mouse.

Still, loved it. All that action (Jacob B. would love it), the slowmo kills, the "precision aim" where you watch the bullets smack them in the head (and balls) shooting the Chinese sign in the demo, to take out some baddies... physics items moving/collapsing all around.

In fact, I'm gunna go play the demo through again. Can't give it higher praise than that!

V1N.
