So to clarify - to access Gauntlet 2, etc on my mates PS3 I have to create a new signin (far left options on the PS3 "menu"), and register it as being in the US, and assuming he has a Mastercard he can purchase them?

However, my mate tied with a mastercard yesterday and it didn't work. i think only some mastercards work which is a shame.


BTW checked the UK Playstation Store and we did get an update this week. you would be hard pressed to notice what it was compared to the JAP/USA updates.

Some Genji game addon.

Signed mate up with a US account yesterday (used Beverley Hills 90210 as address lol) and although we were able to download stuff from the US store, I couldn't buy anything online as you can't enter a UK address for the credit card verification to add funds when buying the games.

I wondered if the PS1 games would be region locked (like the PS1 orginal games are), but i downloaded Tekken 2 last night and its fine.

Are the downloadable PS1 games tweaked in anyway? Or are they exactly the same as if you put the orignal disc in.
