Tofu eaters

How do you press your Tofu??

We have started eating it quite a bit (now a few times a week), but find the pressing such a pain in the hinney. All those sodden paper towels and mess.

has anyone got anything like this? Where did you get it as i will have to have this shipped from USA.
Or, any better ways to press Tofu??

I find it best to squeeze it with a ton of plates and bowls on top, then cut to small cubes and fry in a very very hot pan.
Just need to find a tofu press to cut down the mess!
