In 2018 we had our family bathroom updated, our regular plumber was unavailable so we employed a new one. Unfortunately this new plumber will not reply to us about any problems with his work and to complicate things he is the son of our neighbours with whom we have friendly relations. The cistern is now giving us problems and our regular plumber is coming next week. In the mean time I'm trying to figure how to get access to the cistern because of the way is seems to be sealed by surrounding furniture. Be grateful for any advice.
