Hi gents,

Jetting off to Tokyo next month for Star Wars celebration, will also spend a couple of days at Disney Tokyo. We're going for 10 days.

Any suggestions for day trips out of the city, and interesting things to do in and around the city.

Don’t do the Mario Kart…it’s such a tourist trap and all the locals hate it. Seriously, it’s not a race but a poodle around the city in traffic, it’s an annoyance to everyone else. I feel a sense of shame when I see people driving round in them.

Day trips…

Yokohama - China Town, Cup Noodle Museum, Ramen museum
Enoshima
Kamakura
Hakone (not NOT on the weekend)
Lake Kawaguchi / Mt Fuji

Things to do in Tokyo

Odiba - Team Labs/Gundham
Akihabara
Ikebukuro / Sunshine City
Asakusa/Sensoji
Skytree/Tokyo Tower
Meji Shrine
