I wouldn't go that far, they can believe what they like. If people want to drink bleach for breakfast they can go ahead too. Just don't ask me to join in that's all.
 
I don't think that Scientology should be banned as such but it does certainly have some rather controversial views, then again a lot of dodgy actions have been carried out in the name of various religions (or groups). It doesn't automatically make all the other people in the group culpable.

When the founder of the religion is widely reputed to have said something akin to "if you want to make money, start a religion" then you do have to wonder exactly how seriously it should be taken.

If nothing else Scientology has contributed a valuable case to EU law on free movement of people so I guess that is something to thank them for albeit they'd probably have preferred it not to ever have been in issue.

OOk just watched it, wtf was that tard laughing about? Talking about helping people..from what ive seen online scientologists do nothing but try and talk people into joining then harass people that don't join by sending people to their house pretty regularly.

herr cruise = a few sandwiches short of a picnic imo.
 
Am I the only person who sees the scientologists in town centres and has a massive urge to go up and ask how I can join their cult... :)

I dont see what the big deal is about the video. It seems like they took a lot of scenes out of context. There isnt anything too quirky about it.

Was funny when a joke tv program sprayed a tiny jet of water in his face ,what a fuss he made ,thought he was going to start crying :D
 
It all looked like it was taken out of context. I have been talking to people before and something will remind me of something funny and Ill laugh. Its nothing that is unique to Cruise

know a little about scientology,

but cannot let over-edited videos such as mentioned even influence my opinion. I would much rather watch the interview in its entirity than watch something that clearly has hidden agendas (not to even mentioned the silly background music).

Not to say I like cruise or agree with what he preaches, but really these over-edited videos that are held in so much esteem these days... it reminds me of michael moore and the filth he produced (and always does) when he learnt how to use a camera and edit a film.
