tom tom 0ne excel product code card?

i just bought a tom tom one XL for great britain and ireland, in the box is a product code card, can anyone tell me what i`m supposed to do with this ******* code? also i just tried to buy a years subs to the speed cam thing, every thing goes fine when i`m buying untill the last checkout page and i notice it says its for the netherlands and i cant find out where to change this to gb and ireland

has anyone got one of these? if so could you give me some tips on using it?
