Tom Tom Maps

Hi,

I have an original Tom Tom One (The fat one), and I am driving through France next week, so need to get the Euro maps.

The only maps I could find for the Tom Tom One were an eye-popping £85.

Is it worth just buying a newer tom tom with the maps built in? or is there somewhere I can get the maps cheaper than this? eg are Tom Tom One v3 maps compatible?

If you're willing to look in the not so "legal" places then you have loads of choice
To be honest its almost worth buying a new tomtom for that price!
