hi
i`ve played all the previous tombraider games and enjoyed them, i was thinking of getting the Tomb Raider: Anniversary game but can anyone tell me if the game is just all the same missions and puzzles from the the previous games or is a completely new game? unfortunately for me i seem to have good memory for all the games i`ve played in the past so i don`t like to play a game more than once

Think of it as Tomb Raider in the style of the first game. The levels settings are the same. But the levels have been redone from scratch to take into account the abilities of the Legends engine. It's an awesome game in my opinion. I'm like you in that I don't like to play games over and over, and I played the original Tomb Raider through a couple of times. The atmosphere and elements are the same, but the game is essentially all-new.

yeah same levels and environments as tomb raider 1 but that puzzles have been reworked so they are arent the same as the first game.

Much better Tomb Raider experiance then Legend i thought :)

do you reckon this will run on my somewhat outdated system?

I run it fine on my antique p4 3.2 prescott,2 gb ram and a 7800gs agp card, with everything on

Its a great game, but nothing can recreate the feeling of T-rex from the first game. I wish they didnt use a cut-scene to intorduce him in this edition - he should just have come running in.
