Due for release on 07/04/2006

Taken from the site ive pre-ordered from.

I thought this was due out in March

Although 360 release dates are all over the place at the mo.

Yeah, Tomb Raider was April when I checked ages ago. I'm with Nismo, I don't think it's changed.

Dont think there are any Xbox 360 release dates that have been solidly confirmed, most of them are pure speculation at the moment

They've been advertising this game a lot tho, so I would hazard that it'll be coming out fairly soon.

Don't think they'll do an Elite Force and hype the game up twice, due to a last minute delay.

Used to work at Eidos, wouldnt be surprised if the game was delayed, its being developed and tested in the US i believe. I might ask a friend and see if he knows any more.

they all was after the 1st one, this one should be as good as the 1st seeing its the same guy who did the 1st is doing this one. TR has gone back to its roots with more exploration and puzzles and less shooting, which IMHO is what TR is all about.

Yep, it's why no one should even bother with release dates atm unless any news comes directly from the developers themselves.

Being created by Crystal Dynamics and the team behind the 3D Kain games, so should be good. It was meant to be using an enhanced version of the Kain

efiance engine i believe so it should look pretty nice.

I've seen it advertised in a few mags, and some gaming sites. Was a bit over zealous when it came to mentioning 'all over the place', but when they start marketing like this its usually coming out within a couple of months, with more and more adverts appearing the closer to release.

I thought Tomb Raider was always coming out on the 7th of April? Across all platforms.

They have admitted the last one was a big mistake thats why they have the original Tomb Raider 1 team working on this one

I thought 1 and 2 were excellent, 3 and 4 were very good in places, then it died.
