I think Crystal Dynamics have done a great job since taking over the franchise from Core Design,looks like they are using the underworld engine which still looks pretty,with a few tweaks this game will look good imo

The first transaction for paypal on these sites takes a while, i found that also on a first purchase from another online retailer i paid for next day postage and it never came due to paypal not clearing funds to them since it was a first purchase.
