You'll want Anniversary. It's much easier than TR1 but the music a scenery is beautiful. Posted these to the high res screenshot thread a while ago

Yeah, have purchased Anniversary & Underworld now. Really looking forward to playing them now.

Anniversary and Legend are the best of the three. Underworld was decent enough but lacked the 'charm' the other two games had. I did play it on the PS3 however, whereas the others were on PC.

Just about its a 2.5D game not full 3D not full 2D either. Looks pretty in places more of an old school platformer with action & basic puzzles. You wil definately get 10 hours plus out of it wait for Steam sales though it will drop to a low price of £1-2 as its over a year old.

Excellent mix of outdoor, underground, and underwater locations Lara's new moves add to her existing abilities Some excellent level and puzzle design.
The Bad
Existing clipping and camera issues remain Forgettable story and cliched dialogue Lack of refinement to the core gameplay.

Ah go on Played a bit of Underworld a while back and was kinda annoyed that I'd felt like I'd missed some back-story, so well worth grabbing when all 3 can be had for less than a tenner.

Tomb Raider Legend was an excellent game, never played the other two.

Legend is the only one of the recent Tomb Raider games I've played through. Thought it was quite enjoyable but nothing spectacular.

It's an old one now but playing through Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time atm and it still holds up really well imo. That said, I've not played much else in the genre from recent years so my standards are probably lower than most who like these kind of games. I'd wager the Uncharted and Assassin's Creed series are better than this.

Assassins Creed causes me to fall asleep, which is about the level of consciousness required to play the game.
