Tomorrowland

It is hilarious, but the music is sooo good!! :D Really regret not going to Global Gathering now though, even if it is thundering and raining like mad!!

Been to global gathering a number of times, when sunny and when raining, in my younger days, always had a blast, some pictures taken always look odd mid dance, awesome place though, I imagine Tomorrowland to be very similar but the staging is more outdoor amphitheatre setup, as apposed to being indoor/tent setup which global mainly is, Tomorrowland does look good from pics/videos friends have posted in previous years.

Went to Tomorrowland last year and ive been to Global about 7 times. Tomorrowland absolutely cruds all over anything in the UK. The production is on another level nothing comes close IMO!

What do DJ's actually do?

All they seem to do is put an MP3 on and wave their hands in the air!

Easiest 'job' in the world.

So ignorant.

David Guetta might do that yes, but the rest actually know how to mix, and most produce their own tracks which is incredibly difficult to make something that catches on.

Just got back from my 5th Global and the rain completely failed to ruin the weekend - although the dry Friday was certainly my favourite day in general.
My highlight was Infected Mushroom's set in the Godskitchen arena - such brutal drops! Roll on GG 2014!

Tempted to do Tomorrowland at some point soon - that main stage they had last year just took my breath away with it's appearance...

I have been playing the livestream most of the weekend! Not 100% my style but they seem to create such a cool atmosphere and would love to go. Maybe next year...

The pictures look intense, i'll certainly be going next year. I'm pretty lucky as I personally know the designer for the mainstage/logo/merch/ food court + more. He's a really talented guy!

Yeah, it's finished! Very sad times! Most of my friends have come back saying how good it was! Defo going next year, so gutted I couldn't go, but I guess the stream helped very very slightly with that!

Man, honestly...words cannot describe the experience. And it's not that much more than Creamfields. 580quid for the full madness and camping. That's the eurostar to Belgium, the coach to the camp site, the whole festival, 4 days of camping and the whole trip back. You don't have to think or plan anything, you show up at St. Pancreas and the rest is dealt for, for you.

The train ride itself was mental, full on party on the Eurostar with people getting on it before we'd ever crossed the border.

I'd say the coolest thing about it all for me is that I don't really have friends who are 'into' electro/dance and all the music of Tomorrowland. So just to meet, scream and jump around with guys and girls who are into it was more than I could ask for.

No I went with one friend. But a party of more than two would be ideal!

Yeah went on holiday with just 1 other and whilst it's good it's much better in a larger group. Sounds ideal that everything is just dealt with once you get to St Pancreas, how hard is it to get tickets, because this year they sold out within the hour.
