TomTom has determined that a limited number of windscreen dock included with the initial shipments of the TomTom GO 910, TomTom GO 710 and TomTom GO 510 do not perform to the standards we set for our products. These mounts can result in a loose power connection or in the device drooping. As a customer-oriented organisation, we take feedback from our customers very seriously. As a result, we have made a number of modifications to the windscreen dock to make sure it lives up to customers’ expectations. www.tomtom.com/newdock. They will be asked to enter the serial number of the TomTom GO device and a shipping address. TomTom will ship a new windscreen dock to within 10 working days.
