TomTom One GB XL

Hello,

I'm looking for my first gps unit and was thinking of this one or the normal TomTom One GB. Can anyone comment on the mounting bracket ont he XL? I have read that its quite awkward.

Would I be better with just the normal one? I cant find many advantages except for the screen size.

I bought a one XL less than 2 months ago. I have no problems at all with the low profile mount, looks a damn sight better than the big old mounts and the you can fit more info on the XL screen compared to the normal size one. can't remember what info as compared side by side at work a while back but it's all very easy to read. All the tight folks here at work with standard ones have bought XL's for chrimbo after trying my one out. Personally XL every time.
