I have just bought a TomTom, and it comes with free safety camera locations until Jan 2008. When I open up TomTom Home (The software that is provided) and click on 'Activate your promotion' the software asks what device I've got and detects it all automatically. I then click on 'download all' and it comes onto a screen that says it is downloading a file and then comes up with a popup box that says 'Cannot install this item: Ephermeris file: This file is included with the item but should not be there: Ito.dat. After this it just stops and I can't add the safety camera database to the TomTom.
Has anyone got any suggestions to what I can do to make it work?
