Looking for help on this one, specifically if people feel it's too cold. Other C&C appreciated, but i'm specifically looking for opinions on the blue-ness-ness

The whole building is wonky - it looks very dodgy in a different way if I level it (the window goes all gay) and decided that, in the end, I preffered it at a tilt.
Quickly processed another one I took with a level horizon, to show people what I mean about the wonky building.
The dark patch in the top left is vignetting. Had spotted it, but forgot to fix it - easy enough to sort out. Ta
Hadn't spotted the damn grass. The stuff always seems to sneak into my IR shots :| Thanks for pointing out.
Yeah, the blue title // sig was intended to be blue, I just used the colour picker from a patch of the shot. I found a hard white to be too distracting - but then i'm not very hot on borders. May try something like a cream or slight gray.

I spent flippin' ages considering the composition on this one. Nearly froze my 'nads off - and it was raining :<

Both these shots were 30 second exposures, shooting fully manual (inc. focusing) EXIF data should be intact...
It's a testament to this tripod that I can easily shoot bulb exposures of 60 seconds + and get good sharp results. I really should get a remote release though :s

edit : Yeah, 190 Pro & 460MG head.
055 is nice looking, but a bit heavy for me (I like to go walking etc..)
edit : how about a composition of "hot" and "cold" - that may work.
I'll give it a crack, although I'll fix the image first (vignetting, grass)

What is so special about those bags? They just look ungainly to me, I use a generic bag on my 190 Pro

Righty, Made a few further adjustments, adjusted and toned down the colours a touch.

Can people elaborate further on what they mean by align?
Do you mean remove the black bar, or rotate the images so that the window verticals are perfectly vertical, or something else?

Howzat? I added the black line down the middle because, to me at least, the two distinct tones looked really odd next to one another.

This whole thread is like the progression of an image ¬_¬
Might see what it looks like with a 1px wide white // light border then a black border - the corrugated iron sort of bleeds into the frame, at the moment.
