I came across this site when looking for a new jacket and helmet. http://www.heartbeathappiness.com I know it has to be a con I am just wondering if anyone has any experience of it or even heard of it. I cant find much info or any reviews. It has prices that seem far far to cheap! What do people think? Is it just to harvest card details?

seems ok to me? prices are cheap but if you look they seem to only stock the sizes that no one wants,s/xs/xl

Use www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk - completely free returns if you feel you don't want the helmet or if it doesn't fit. In fact, it's free returns on anything over £25 for any reason. Free as in they pay for return postage. And they will price match, as long as the retailer you request a match for is in the UK.

Edit: oh and they've copy pasted all SportsBikeShop's terms etc lol

And they don't have an SSL/TLS certificate.

But they have a 365 day return policy

not really, they will have your card details, name and address... if they are not legit they will use your card all over the internet, eventually you will get your money back but it will be a headache.
I would take a gamble if they accept Paypal, much easier and straight forward to get your money back if things go wrong and they cannot do anything with your address and email.

The privacy policy from the website has been stolen/Copy and pasted from the Harrods website. I've checked Harrods and it's a direct lift.

They couldn't even be bothered to change the company name and Harrods is mentioned all the way through it. Checked against Harrods website and it's word for word pasted.

I wouldn't go anywhere near.
