Value vs overclocking potential has to be the PC5300 Crucial Ballistix. It'll do in excess of 1000mhz.

Tho the Geil in your very first link is superb value atm and won't hold back your E6600 overclock, tho the memory itself isn't a renowned overclocker. If you just want something to keep up with an E6600 then get the Geil.
