Too many connections

For the last couple of days ive been trying to get onto overclockers and most of the time (i tried at 4am) comes up with Too many connections,is this that too many customers are on it or a temporary problem?

Had the same issue on the site, I would think it will sort itself out. They have been adding little bits and pieces to the site so possibly that is something to do with it.

the too many connection message i'd assume so but could possibly a DDoS attack trying to take out the server(s)
