is this too many errors on my dsl connection

That's not too bad. Just keep an eye on the Severe ES, as too many will cause problems. By the way, if you don't mind, does your router hold the connection throughout the night?

i have only just got it mate but the worst time for my connection is from around 5pm till around 10pm

Your starting to get severe error seconds. I would put the SNR margin up to about 4-5dB. Otherwise your broadband will get very slow as the amount of errors you will get will be huge.

How recently was it installed? Has it actually completed its initial training phase?
