Tooing and Froing

It's slang for "to and from", or "coming and going" as far as i'm aware, it depends on the formality of the business e-mail of course. If in doubt, don't use it.
 
Well I use it occasionally, not sure I'd use it in any very formal business paperwork, but email is probably okay.

As for typing it, I'd stick a hyphen in so that you get "to-ing and fro-ing" or maybe shorten it a bit to "to- and fro- ing" otherwise it reads as two nonsense words that rhyme with "boing!"
