Took this with my phone [Timelapse]

Not bad. Interesting option, what phone is it?
Might sway my choice as still haven't changed my phone.

It's taken using a Galaxy Nexus with JellyBean. It is a default () feature in the Camcorder settings. Also filmed at 720p equivelant (it is a timelapse after all)

Not bad for a phone! Does it let you lock the exposure? I noticed it flickering a bit as the exposure changed in the 2nd half.

This was my first full attempt, mainly due to the cloud cover moving at a decent pace. I haven't been able to film another yet for the want of time and a decent subject. Even the clouds now are crap.

I could set the exposure to anywhere from +3/0/-3, whether it locks it I dont know. I guess if the focus is set to infinity it shouldn't change or flicker. Another factor which may sway the results in this video is the fact it was shot behind a window. This could have forced a refocus.

Hardly amazing but surprising results from a phone!

Thanks for putting me on to this. Here is my first effort. 12 sec caps for 30 mins gave me 5 seconds worth of video. I should have done the maths first. :o

Looks like it is a good enough app to shell out the $1.99 so I can get 1080p vs 240 with the free version.

The flicker at the beginning is from re-adjusting the mount after the first pic was taken. Not a fault with the app. Though I do see what you mean by the exposure causing flickering also.

There's a paid for app? It's a bit of a shame Jelly Bean is so limited device wise thus far. I tried Lapse It before but it was shocking on my Desire.

Nice try with the set up, 5 seconds is a bit of a bummer having waited so long for the results lol!
