Tool album due in May

I'm so excited I might actually... no, I have actually just wet myself.

Other than RATM's Evil Empire, I can't think of a release I've anticipated this much, here's hoping it lives up to all expectations.

Although there are lots of release dates being bandied about, NONE are official as of this posting. However, in all likelihood, the CD will be released sometime in MAY, and hopefully earlier in that month as opposed to later. As soon as the date becomes official (or, as soon as I'm told that it's official) I will post it on the site, and then some of you can respond that it's old news.

Damn I'm blind. Read the whole thing last night (boy that was an effort of will). Blair is a complete nut job. 'I don't really care about new Tool material, hell I haven't even listened to all of Opiate'. Then why are you running the official website for Tool?!?

Probably one of my favourite ever bands, they have so much depth to thier music unlike most bands some of which im only just discovering.

Im really worried it wont live up to all thier previous albums but im sure and hope it does and surpasses them (if thats possible)

check the lineups and rumours on www.e-festivals.co.uk ... strong rumours are rarely wrong in my experience from the last couple of years although i do agree doesnt seem like their kind of average crowd.

download has now been added as a rumour btw in the last couple of days so i'll retract part of my previous comment
