Does anyone know if there is a way to install hard drives and CD drives without having to screw them in? Isn't there a way to install without screws?

Something like this perhaps?

most if not all tool-less HDD installing mechanism are designed on a per-case/hot swap bay basis, so the only way to go toolless would be to get a case that supports it or get a 5.25 to 3.5" hotswap converters that is toolless.

Any particular reason why you don't want to use screws? If you don't have a screwdriver, there are thumb screws available.
