Toolbar over multi screen?

Live streaming and don't want people to see my facebook messages (in the messenger app which appears on the task bar ) is there any free/cheap software that extends the task bar so it's on both screens?

1 - Windows 8 - use second screen for streaming
2 - close bookface. Are instant updates so important?
