Tools needed to make own cables (not sata)

I'm thinking of making my own power cables/power switch/HDD LED/Reset cable etc but not SATA, does anyone know if anybody does a simple beginers set of tools to do this lot, that would allow me to extract pins, crmip cable/wire and house the pins etc, I can plenty of places in the US but seems rare as rocking horse **** in the UK.

Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you moogle, thanks for your advice i presume where you mention "18-24AWG Crimping Tool" this is refering to a simple crimping tool that deals with "18-24AWG" which i presume is the size of wire i'd be using yes?
