Tools needed to take apart a case?

Hi, I'm brand new here so please bear with me!

I have a Raidmax Sagitta II case and just recently bought a second hand Radeon 4870 X2 graphics card fitted with an Arctic Accelero cooler but it is just slightly too big for the case.

My hardrive bay is preventing it from fitting and there is tons of space in the higher portion of the case where extra dvd drives would go so I'm hoping I can move my hardrive bay there. It is held in place by tiny screw-like things, I'm not sure what they are - could someone please tell me what they are and the name of the tool I would need to remove them? They look like they have a tiny thread running through them.

Also, what would be the easiest way of securing my hardrive bay in its new postion?

Many thanks

Thanks for your answers.

I hope these photos are clear enough!

This is fastened to the bottom of the case (it looks kind of wonky compared to the others)

And this is fastened to the bay above it

Ok thanks for the advice! I don't actually have a drill but I can borrow one.

Then I'll use Tealc's idea and just velcro it to the bottom of the bay above it, probably the simplest option. :)
