Tools to extend and manage Dynamic partitions?

We have a Server 2003 that is running out of space on it's C partition.
We purchased Arconis Disk Director so that we could resize some partitions - however this apparently doesn't support Dynamic Discs.
So we've got a server in the situation below:

Are there any tools out there that we could purchase that would allow us to shrink our E partition by 10GB and add that to our C partition?

Ouch, dynamic disks :s

I'm going to ask the obvious, can you not add a dedicated drive for your C partition and clone your current install over to the new drive? (using the software you bought).
