It's all a matter of opinion man, i find those guys to be the most likeable, personality or no personality á la role model. Try Prem players ATM, not a few years ago too. :)

i dont even think opinion comes into it. take henry face like a tweeny and does a shush motion when he scores, thats about all his personality is

Carries himself very well in an interview and seems an intelligent chap though, I would say he has personality.

Best personalities

1.) Ole Gunnar Solskjaer - Has worked tirelessly since being injured and supported the fans no end
2.) Eric Cantona - Mad as a box full of badgers, but in a good way
3.) Alan Smith - Never say die attitude on the pitch
4.) Steven Gerrard - same as the above
5.) Roy Carroll - Special mention for the comedy double take after 'that' goal.

Worst personalities:-

1.) El Hajj Diouff - Dirt
2.) Essien - Dirt
3.) Savage - Dirt
4.) Drogba - So petulant it's horrific
5.) Lehmann - Could use some anger management

mine are based on their comedy value (well to me anyway)

1) Lehmann.... lol I laugh just thinking about him. He's a class goalkeeper but his antics on the pitch are gold.
2) Darren Fletcher ... he's what I'd picture Lee Evans to be like running around a football pitch trying to get a ball
3) Alan Shearer... with those elbows of his, he's in the wrong sport, he should be over in America fighting as "The Geordie Destroyer" in The Ultimate Fighting Championship.
4) Robbie Savage/Duncan Ferguson ... Too close to call for this I'm afraid, Mark Hughes said in an interview that whenever opposition players are trying to wind Robbie up, he should turn his back and count to 10. Is this what he was doing during the Utd game with his hands on his face lying flat on the ground with his back to the players? lol What's he going to do turn into the hulk... Duncan Ferguson ...lol how did he ever think he would get away with punching the Everton keeper in full view of everyone and the tv cameras..lol..an out and out thug, he likes strangling players as well. funny to watch but he's a vicious player.
5) Mick McCarthy... how on earth did he ever get his coaching badges, was it collect 10 crisp packets and you're in football management?! His interviews and the crap he talks should actually be gathered and a video on how to 'not' manage in football should be published and circulated around all the UEFA and Fifa coaching centres.

he would be my number one, I find him absolutly hysterical in interviews, av usually had a few by this time like but he cracks me up. He has the dullest voice ever, his darkened dracula esque eyes and silver hair are from a halloween costume.

I'm not in to football much but the only footballer that I think has a personality on the pitch is Duncan Furgurson

Being a complete nutter does not mean you have personality :p
