Hey folks, as the question asks - currently have a E6850, but bought a new 4870 card and 8 gigs - so wondering about whether its worth blowing some more cash on a processor upgrade?
 
If you're asking whether that CPU is bottlenecking the graphics card, the answer is no. Thus, upgrading the CPU won't have a great deal of impact on graphical performance.
