Top down zombie survival game?

Hi,

I'm looking for a zombie survival game similar to Project Zomboid (http://projectzomboid.com/) but in more of a finished state. I tried the demo but it's very unfinished.

I'm looking for a hardcore survival sandbox type game where I make the decisions to survive, it doesn't necessarily have to be story driven. Kind of like a top down Day Z without the online bit.

Something like Terarria/Minecraft, but zombie survival in a real world.

Any ideas?

Nah. It needs to be top down so there's more of a micro management feel to the game.
