Top gear lap record, smashed!

If I had a 2.5m car I'm sure I would have other cars (Macca, Lambo, Pork) for rainy days! :p

True, but £50k for an Ultima, is actually realistic for anyone who wants one, and they can be a lot cheaper if you drop the leather seats, aircon, blah blah blah!

I found some speed bumps in Liverpool that wouldn't get over.

Them square ones, I tend to go out to the middle and run a wheel over each one to minimise the risk of smashing my alloy sump, but these ones just pressed against my bumper when I tried to approach one normally (to see if they were actually too high).

Just watched that video not expecting to be impressed but holy **** that thing looked incredibly fast. See how quickly it went through the tyre section & the stability it had under breaking and the grip levels were just wild. Thats was very impressive IMO... Good post with the video... just off to watch it again and croon wildly at the tyre section bit again, lol

EDIT: Just noted 0-100 in 5.3 seconds... I've driven a TVR Tuscan which was just crazy but this is beyond crazy...

Like everything these days on a road, they are dependent on how they were installed by the council road crew.

Many are actually not fit for purpose, and can cause severe damage to some cars.

The thing about the Ultima is that it's a 50k supercar you build yourself. It's not going to have the fit and finish of a 350k Ferrari but it will give a darn good ride. mclaren used 2 ultimas to test components for the F1, that says a lot for their ability.

With the amount of force going through that steering wheel I'd hazard a guess that it was on full slick tyres like the FXX was. Therefore - not a road legal configuration.

Maybe you should watch the video again properly and read the text then?

Clearly not on slick tyres!!!!

Both the Fxx and the Ultima look hideous anyway. I'll have the Zonda F please :D
Nice to see it beating the Ferrari though :p
