That may have been the Future Sound Of London track, mentioned above. I also heard some Aphex Twin in there.

Yup, as stated that was FSOL - Papua New Guinea. There was also an Aphex Twin from Selected Ambient Works 2, however, since the track names on that album are pretty messed up I couldn't point you to the exact one of the top of my head.
