Took my 25 month old MBP to them on the 14th at 12:00 for a new top case (see a thread earlier about deterioration) and a new DVD drive.
As well as this they put it under a stress test, cleaned the heatsinks, tightened my screen hinges and cleaned it.
Took them until 12 today when they called saying it was ready.
While I was waiting for them to find it they fixed my mighty mouse.
THIS is why I am a mac man, service or what?
Shame my Mac Pro had to have such issues earlier in the year but this makes up for it.
Well up for a new Macbook Pro in January!
