we have had loads over the years

amongst my favourites were

1. portable sun
2. lotus carlton
3. celica driver with audi 4wd
4. M3 driver that was just linking an ebay add
5. Gaz1234 who I still claim shennanigans on and his "330"
6. Tom who I also claim it on and posted about in the speak easy months before he got properly busted
7. the guy with 3 cars on a transporter (cant remember that one very well)

there were plenty more and I take great pleasure in having discovered quite a few of them :D

What about that dude who always claimed to be about to buy some sort of exotic Jap car, different one each week, always had a shortlist of performance cars...

I seem to remember someone with a name along the lines of BXGTi16V or something like that posting a dyno printout where they'd increased the power but didn't bother adjusting the torque. Think it was Dogbreath or one of the other techy types caught him out on it.

However he replied saying the website was his and even got hold of the guys msn account on the website (he was related to him somehow) to prove it was his work. Everyone who had been calling bs on him had egg on their face but unfortunatly for Salvatore someone got hold of the real person who had done the artwork and the author posted on the website that Salvatore had stolen it :D

He also claimed he was doing a rally apprenticeship for Peugeot and had a 330D which was probalby bs but I don't think this was proven.

He made a new account under the name Human torch but got



after accidently signing off as Salvatore :D

He did own a 330D estate thing, seen him around in it a few times as he lives about 5 mins from me.

hang on, leave me outta this one. . . . . . . . never once said Ruf, its a gemballa.

dont make me get that portable sun out again, takes ages to warm that thing up ;)

After a few questions, the guy went outside to take a picture of the car. There and then. The problem was it was at night, it was definitely dark outside. But the sunlight was clearly visible. I can't remember what car that was though :confused:

Guy with a modded Nova, user name along the lines of gaz something (yeah, what a surprise).

Starts a thread with his first post saying how his Nova is a scooby slayer.

Blah blah blah - we ask him for pics cos the spec sounds like it's a full on rally car - he don't want to post pics. We get sus about it all, he's talking a lot of horse ****, he then says he's going to take some pics and he'll brb to own our behinds like a gnat owns a dogs dik.

Comes back with 2 or 3 pics he's just took of a modded Nova on some ramps in a garage. You can clearly see the sun blazing through the garage skylights in these pics he's just took - yet online it's like 11pm, in the winter!

Liar and an immensly stupid.
