top spin 2 and 60hz problem (xbox360)

got this game the other day and try as i might to get it to run it just will not

it says that the system needs to be 60hz, which my system IS set to, but it comes with the message saying it needs to be 60, so i try and set it to 50, then back to 60 and still it happens, took the game back and it was exchanged, but still its there

is this common?
can i sort it?

You have to connect up the 360 via the SCART adapter, go in and change the settings to 60Hz. Turn console off and then reconnect with component/vga and it should then work fine.

even though all my other 60hz games only work fine?

It is very stupid, I agree. I had to do this with Dead or Alive 4 too.
