Hi All,

Not sure if this belongs in here or the Network section.

I'm just looking to take out some broadband and TCB have a good deal with BT, however the deal only says Broadband. I was wondering if that covers their infinity packages or is it just their standard copper broadband?

I'm sure in the T&C's it says it does not include BT Infinity.

Was looking at this yesterday, but going with Plusnet instead with ~£85 cashback.

This is the only thing I can see on infinity;

Customers ordering BT Infinity who already have BT broadband (copper) are not regarded as new customers.

They have no call centre, I've tweeted and raise a ticket but no answer.

Looking around BT seem to be the cheapest regardless of cashback

BT have a callcentre, and since it is them offering the cashback they will be able to tell you if you qualify and what packages qualify.

TCB are awesome, had over £2000 from them in a little over 3 years, all on things i'd be buying anyway and just following their links first.

If you're a new customer to BT then yes, it includes Infinity.

I'd be very surprised if your general BT call center script reader will have any clue what you're talking about as it's offered through a 3rd party.

Quidco are decent too, 12% on bookings through Expedia, we've just booked ~£5000 worth of hotels for a family holiday through them

TCB have 12.6% for Expedia at the moment.

I use quidco for anything that TCB don't link to, however everything where they share the same customer, TCB always seem to come in higher.
