Hey guys,

Bought an Akasa Eclipse 62 recently and thought the all black looks a bit boring and needed something more... so I decided to make my own stencil and spraypaint TopGun on it! It's still drying currently but I have been taking pictures (well not me but my brother has) of my progress!

Careful cutting of my A3 stencil

Display of what I had done after around 45minutes

Finished cutout of my stencil

Creating the insides of the O and the P using masking tape

The placed inside of P

The O and P's inside finished

Fully wrapped up and ready to spray paint

Spray painting in action in my garden

Spray painting after a few layers

Close up of the spray paint

Fully spray painted ready to take of mask

Nearly finished... needs some cleaning up around the edges

I will show you the finished product once it's all dried / touched up in certain places.

Enjoy,

Nice, simple mod. I think the white would've looked better as some form of gradually fading silver or something. Just my opinion.

Nah wanted to keep it simple nothing fancy plus thats a bit tricky for me I'm no artist.

nice work mate,,
hope you enjoyed cutting that stencil ! lol

if you do somethign liek this again, pop down to your local sign writers and get a length of 'transfer' paper, its liek 24 inch maskign tape >< lol - you may find that a little easier to work with
but kudos !

got a photograph to show the final panel? :)

Still finishing it up been a bit too busy today todo it. Will take a little while need to think of how I'm going to make it straight around the edges. Was thinking masking tape but that just absorbs the acetone so dont wanna risk having a piece of soaked up acetone over any of the letters ;).
