Hi guys,
I've just topped up an O2 Prepay phone using my card online. This was 10 minutes ago yet the balance displayed on the website still hasn't updated to reflect the topup. The transaction completed succesfully.
How long should it normally take? I've tried calling O2 but the customer services number rings for 2 minutes then cuts out
