Torch Recommendation

One of my friends is looking for a torch with the following criteria:
- waterproof
- ~15cm long
- AA or AAA batteries
- lightweight
- rugged

Any recommendations from the OcUK community?

Ultrafire 501b

I have one of these, best torch I have ever owned. They do take an odd battery but they are cheaply available (go for the ultrafire 4000 mAh ones). It's apparently indestructible and very very bright.
