Torn between two PSU's for friend!

Howdy all, my friends PSU has died and I can't decide of which is the better between:

Tbh, I wan't him to get the Antec! But the problem is he is one of these people who wants the cheapest option. I have explained to him numerous times the importance of a solid PSU, but he won't listen. Despite what he says now, when a bargin comes up he will want an upgrade. Hence why I am persuading him to get a better PSU.

Whats your take on this? Say the Antec is his highest possible budget.

His current system is

AMD 4200
Asus 32n sli delux
2gb 6400 platinum
500gb WD
8800gts '640' 26 amps I reckon.
1 Disk drive.
Nothing else of real importance.

I think I am going to roll with the Corsair. That unit is 30amps between 2 rails. His card does take 26amps and only requires 1 power connector. So, it should be fine. Thanks for your replys.
