Torn or bad pull of the hamstring? What can i do?

Did it last night while sprinting, im not sure to what extent yet though.

What can i do to keep fit and to work out?

What can i do with the uperbody that wont strain my legs. Sit ups and push ups still possible?

Also can i swim with this?
