torrent app along with a media converter app for ipad?

I'm currently working away from home on a high security job which means i couldn't bring my laptop with me. Only my Ipad.

Is there any torrent apps/programs that i can download for use on the ipad?

Also a media converter for the ipad. I realise its a long shot as most people wouldn't need this but unfortunately for me, i kinda do!

If not a media converter, perhaps a video player that can deal with avi etc?
