Hi all, got a quick question for you, I'm downloading a file from Utorrent, but I'm only getting like 10 kb/s down speeds, the highest has been about 25, I've read that it takes a while for the torrent to build up speed as it finds more & more peers, now I've had this running for over a hour, do you think It will get any faster as time goes on.

P.S mininova is the client.

Regards

Make sure your forward a port:)

That was the one thing that messed me up for ages

Make sure your ISP is not traffic shaping. :p

Also remember that a lot of people limit their uploads to something silly ie 0.1kb/sec:p. I usually limit mine to 10kb/sec when downloading and when uploading ill give a full 50kb/sec....i like to make people happy:p...just wish people would do the same for me...

It's OK I found it.
Seems like it's the file I'm trying to download as to the slow speed, tried another and got 140 kb/s
