Ran a Linksys BEFSR41 for a couple of years and it would crash once (sometimes twice) a week and needed a factory reset every couple of months just to keep transfers fast.
Replaced with a Netgear FVS318 and it hasn't missed a beat in 4 months.
Having said that the Netgear does cost 3-4times as much as the Linksys!
