My friend is having a problem with her laptop. Its a Toshiba Satellite Pro A120-185 - the problem is that every so often it freezes for a couple of seconds. If she's typing, it freezes - then continues. It seems to do it more often when theres more applications running, but its starting to annoy her. I've not looked at it yet, because she lives so far away, I have suggested she runs some spyware scans, virus scans and I've been through her startup menus etc and there was nothing out of the ordinary. The OS is Windows Vista...is there anything anyone can suggest? Thanks!
