Hoping someone can help me out. I have an M50 here with a duff keyboard, I have a replacement right here but can't see an obvious way of getting the old one out.

Anyone know how I can do it?

If it's any help, IBM Stinkpads have three or four screws on the back (indicated by a small kb icon) which need to be unscrewed. The keyboard can then be wiggled out. Usually manuals cover removing user replaceable parts. Also, calling Toshiba Tech Support should provide the answer.

Should but won't.

They were real arses about it. Insisted it needed to go to a service / repair center

I ended up buying a service guide pdf off of ebay for £2.50 as Toshiba don't publish them for the public any more.
